XXXIX.Commissioner not to act till he shall have taken the Oaths of 1 W. & M. Sess. 1. c. 8. which the Commissioners acting may administer.
[X1Provided alwayes and bee it enacted That noe Person shall be capable of Acting as a Commissioner in the Execution of this Act before he shall take the Oaths appointed by an Act of the last Parlyament Intituled An Act for Abrogating of the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance and appointing other Oaths (which Oaths it shall be Lawfull for any Two or more Commissioners to administer and they are hereby Required and Authorized to Administer the same to any other Co[m]missioners.)]
