And bee it further enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid That noe Commissioner or Commissioners who shall be Imployed in the Execution of this Act shall be lyable for or by reason of such Execution to any of the Penalties mentioned in an Act made in the Five and twentyeth yeare of King Charles the Second for the Preventing of Dangers which may happen from Popish Recusants
