XXVIII.Collectors not obliged to travel above Ten Miles to make their Payments.
And bee it further enacted That the particular Collectors for payment of any Summes by them recieved unto such Receiver Generall or his Deputie shall not be obliged to travell above Ten Miles from the Place of their Habitations
