  1. Introductory Text

  2. Reasons for passing this Act.

  3. II.Monies to be paid to Collectors, and by them to Persons appointed by the Corporation for the Purposes of Act.

  4. III.On Failure of Payment, Collectors on Landing, & c. of Goods, may distrain the same for the Amount of Duty and Costs.
