And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all the Forfeitures and Penalties imposed by virtue of this Act shall or may be sued for and recovered by Action of Debt Bill Plaint or Information in any of His Majesties Courts of Record in which no Essoign Wager of Law or Protection and but one Imparlance shall be allowed and if not otherwise herein before disposed of One Moiety thereof shall be to the Use of His Majesty his Heires and Successors and the other to the Informer.
