And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all Penalties and Forfeitures given or granted by virtue of this Act shall be recovered by Action of Debt Bill Plaint or Information in any of his Majesties Courts of Record att Westminster in which no Essoigne Priveledge Protection or Wager of Law shall be allowed and but one Imparlance the one Moiety whereof shall be to the Use of his Majesty his Heires and Successors and the other Moiety to the Use of him or them that shall sue for the same.
