IX.Penalties how recovered.
And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all Penalties and Forfeitures for any Offence against this Act shall and may be recovered by Action of Debt or of the Case Bill Suit or Information in any of his Majesties Courts of Record wherein no Essoigne Protection Wager of Law or more than one Imparlance shall be granted or allowed.
