And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That out of the Moneys arising by virtue of this present Act either by Bills of Creditt or otherwise the Su[m]m of Six hundred seventy two thousand one hundred ninety seven Pounds shall be & is hereby appropriated for the Service of the Navy and for the Sea Service in the Office of the Ordnance performed & to be performed and for the Ordnary of the said Navy Payment of Marine Officers and Charge of registring Seamen to compleat the Su[m]m of Two Millions three hundred seventy two thousand one hundred ninety seven Pounds for those Services And that all other Moneys which shall be raised by this Act as well by Bills of Creditt as otherwise shall be applied and appropriated to and for the Payment of His Majesties Land Forces & Ordnance Am[u]nition & other Charges incident to the Warr & not otherwise.
