XL.Receipts, &c. done and given without Fee.
And be it further enacted for the better encourageing Persons to advance the said Su[m]m of Fourteen hundred thousand Pounds upon the Terms aforesaid That all Receipts and Issues and all other things directed by this Act shall be done and performed by the Officers without any demanding or receiving directly or indirectly any Fee Gratuity or Reward for the same from the said Contributors or any of them.
