Provided always and bee it enacted That every Rate Tax or Assessment which shall bee made or imposed by virtue of this Act in respect of any House or Tenement which an Embassador Resident Agent or other publick Minister of any Forreigne Prince or State now doth or hereafter shall inhabitt or occupy shall bee paid by the Landlord or Owner of the said House or Teñts respectively.
