Monies payable by this Act Tax free.
And it is hereby declared and enacted That the said yearely Su[m]m of One hundred seventy nine thousand foure hundred and eighty Pounds or such part thereof as shall by this Act be due to the said Corporation or Subscribers shall not att any time or times hereafter be made use of for a Fund or Security to raise pay or secure nor shall be chargeable or stand charged with any more further or other Bill or Bills of Creditt Su[m]m or Su[m]ms whatsoever save onely such Su[m]ms of Money as shall in pursuance of and according to the Intent of this Act be advanced and paid into His Majesties Exchequer within the time by this Act limitted for the same and such Su[m]ms as the said Corporation after their purchase thereof shall from time to time charge thereupon as aforesaid not exceeding the Su[m]m [X1by them] paid for the purchase thereof as aforesaid And that any Moneys payable to any Person or Persons upon or by virtue of this Act shall not be charged or chargeable with any Rates Taxes or Impositions whatsoever.
