Penalty.
And be it further enacted That the said Corporation to be made made pursuant to this Act shall not att any time deale or trade or permitt or suffer any p[er]son or persons whatsoever either in Trust or for the Benefitt of the said Corporation to deale or trade with any of the said Stock of Moneys or Effects of the said Corporation in the buying or selling any Goods Wares or Merchandize And every Person or Persons who shall so deale or trade or by whose Order or Direction such Dealings or Tradings shall be made shall forfeit for every such Dealing or Tradeing and every Order or Direction Treble the Value of the Goods and Merchandize so traded for to such Person or Persons who will sue for the same by Action of Debt Bill Plaint or Information in any of His Majesties Courts of Record att Westminster wherein no Essoign Protection or other Privelege whatsoever nor any Injunction Order of Restraint nor Wager of Law shall be allowed or any more than one Imparlance.
