Penalty.
Provided also and be it further enacted. That if the Governor and Company or, any Members of the said Corporation so to be established shall upon the Account of the said Corporation att any time or times purchase any Lands or Revenues belonging to the Crowne or Advance to His Majesty His Heires or Successors any Su[m]m or Su[m]ms of Money by way of Loan or Anticipation on any Part or Parts Branch or Branches Fund or Funds of the Revenue now granted or belonging or hereafter to be granted or belonging to His Majesty His Heires or Successors other then such Fund or Funds Part or Parts Branch or Branches of the said Revenue onely on which a Creditt of Loan is or shall be granted by Parliament that the Person and Persons who shall consent agree to or approve of such Purchase or Loan and being thereof lawfully [X1convicted] shall each of them for every such Offence forfeit treble the Value of every such Su[m]m or Su[m]ms of Money so lent whereof one Fifth part shall be to the Informer to be recovered in any of His Majesties Courts of Record att Westminster by Action of Debt Bill Plaint or Information wherein no Protection Wager of Law Essoign Priveledge of Parliament or other Priveledge shall be allowed or any more then one Imparlance and the Residue to be disposed of towards publick Uses as shall be, directed by Parliament and not otherwise.
