Provided always and it is hereby further enacted That in case the whole Su[m]m of Two millions five hundred sixty foure thousand Pounds shall not be advanced and paid into the said Receipt of Exchequer by the said Governor and Company to be established as aforesaid before the First day of January which shall be in the Yeare of our Lord One thousand six hundred ninety six That then the Subscribers and Contributors for and towards raiseing the said Two millions five hundred sixty foure thousand Pounds their Executors Successors and Assigns shall onely have and receive so much and such part and proportion of the said yearely Fund as shall be after the Rate of Seven Pounds per Centum per Annum for such Su[m]m or Su[m]ms of Money as shall be so respectively paid and advanced.
