XI. Treasury to direct their Warrant yearly for the Payment of the said yearly Sum of £179,480, and Exchequer to issue the same without Fee.

And be it further enacted That the Co[m]missioners of His Majesties Tresury and the Under Treasurer of the Excheq[ueir] now being and the Lord High Treasurer and Under Treasurer or Co[m]missioners of the Treasury for the time being are hereby strictly enjoyned and required by virtue of this Act and without any further or other Warrant to be sued for had or obtained from His Majesty His Heires or Successors to direct their Warrants yearely for the Payment of the said yearely Su[m]m of One hundred seventy nine thousand foure hundred and eighty Pounds to the Contributors of the said yearly Su[m]m of Two Millions five hundred sixty foure thousand Pounds in the manner and proportion in and by this Act directed and appointed And the Auditor of the Receipt of Excheq[ueir] and all other Officers of the Excheq[ueir] for the time being are hereby directed and enjoyned to issue the said Moneys so sett apart for the Uses hereby directed from time to time without any Fee or Reward under the like Penalties Forfeitures and Disabilities as are hereafter inflicted upon any Officer for diverting any Moneys appropriated or applied by this Act.
