LXXIII.Proviso where Principal Monies and all Arrears of such Yearly Sums are paid.
Provided also and it is hereby further enacted That att any time upon full Satisfaction and Payment by Parliament of the Principal Moneys for which such yearely Su[m]ms so computed att the Rate of Seven Pounds per [X1Cents] per Annum shall be payable and of all Arrears of such yearly Su[m]ms respectively which shall be then due to the respective Proprietors or Owners thereof his her or their Heirs Successors or Assigns respectively the said yearely Rents or Payments so to be issueing out of the said Duties hereby granted and every of them respectively for which such Payments & Satisfaction shall be made shall cease and determine Any thing herein, contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
