XIII.Proviso for Persons in His Majesty's Service in the Fleet or beyond Sea.
Provided always That nothing herein contained shall be construed to extend to any Person in His Majesties Service on Board the Fleet or beyond the Seas or that shall go beyond the Seas in His Majesties Service before the Five and twentieth Day of May One thousand six hundred ninety six so as such Person subscribe the said Association according to the Appointment of this Act within Three Months after his Returne into England.
