2. Recital that Electors have been injured in their Rights of Election by the Practices of Sheriffs and others.

3. II. Sheriff, &c. not to take Fee for making out, delivering, &c. of Writ or Precept.

4. III. On Election of Knights of Shires, Sheriff to hold County Court; and proceed to Election.

5. IV. Sheriff or Deputy to proceed to Polling.
