[X1Provided alwayes and bee itt further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That nothing in this Act contained shall bee construed to extend to the debarring any Person from being a Chaplaine Surgeon or any other Officer in any Office in the Navy not of Necessity to bee executed by a Seafareing-man.]
