And for the due and faithfull Execution of the said Offices or Places of Registers the respective Registers soe to bee appointed as aforësaid shall before his and X1their Entrance thereunto or intermeddling therewith take an Oath before the Judge of the Admiralty for the tyme being or before Two or more of His Majesties Justices of the Peace in or for that County City Towne or Place wherein such Office shall bee for the true and faithfull Execution thereof and for his and theire good Demeanour therein Which Oath the said Judge of the Admiralty for the tyme being or any Two such Justices of the Peace as aforesaid have hereby Power to administer.
