Provided also That nothing herein contained shall be construed to extend to any Person in His Majesties Service on board the Fleet or beyond the Seas or who shall go beyond the Seas in His Majesties Service before the Twentieth Day of May X1 One thousand seven hundred and two so as such Person take the said Oath and subscribe thereunto as aforesaid according to the Appointment of this Act within Three Months after his Return into England.
