Exception.
And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all and every the Powers Authorities Directions Rules Methods Penalties and Forfeitures Clauses Matters and Things which in and by an Act of Parliament made in the Twelfth Year of King Charles the Second intituled An Act for taking away the Court of Wards and Liveries and Tenures in Capite and by Knights Service and Purveyance and for settling a Revenue upon His Majesty in lieu thereof or by any other Law [X1now] in force relating to His Majesties Revenue of Excise upon Beer Ale or other Liquors are provided settled or established for raising levying collecting or recovering adjudging or ascertaining the Duties thereby granted or any of them (other than in such Cases for which other Penalties or Provisions are made and prescribed by this Act) shall be exercised practised applied used levied recovered and put in Execution for the raising levying collecting recovering and paying as well the said Duties upon Malt as the said several Duties upon Mum Cyder and Perry hereby granted during the Continuance of this Act as fully and effectually to all Intents and Purposes as if all and every the said Powers Authorities Rules Directions Methods Penalties and Forfeitures Clauses Matters and Things were particularly repeated and again enacted in the Body of this present Act
