Reasons for passing this Act
II.Goldsmiths, &c. in the said Cities incorporated a Company.
III.No Goldsmith, &c. to make Plate less in Fineness than Standard, nor shall sell any until marked, &c.
IV.An Assayer to be elected in each City.
V.Diet Box to be locked with Three Locks.
VI.Goldsmith, &c. of any City where no Assayer is appointed, to enter his Name, &c. with Wardens of Company of such City where Assayer is appointed.
