And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That in all priviledged and other Places being Extraparochial or not within the Constablewicks or Precincts of the respective Assessors to be appointed by vertue of this Act (although in any Monthly or other Tax they have not been rated heretofore) the said Commissioners or any Two or more of them shall and are hereby required to nominate and appoint Two fit Persons living in and near the said priviledged [X2or other] Places as aforesaid to be Assessors for the said Places and to make and return the said Assessments in like manner as by this Act is appointed in any Parish Tything or Place and also to appoint One or more Collectors who are hereby required to collect and pay the same in the manner appointed by this Act for collecting and paying all Sums of Money chargeable by this Act]
