Provided That no Tenants that hold and enjoy any Lands or Houses by Lease or other Grant from the said Corporation or any of the said Hospitals or Alms Houses do claim or enjoy any Freedom Exemption or Advantage by this Act but that all the Houses and Lands which they [X2so] hold shall be rated and assessed for so much as they are Yearly Worth over and above the Rents reserved and payable to the said Corporation or to the said Hospitals or Alms Houses to be recieved and disburst for the immediate Support and Relief of the Poor in the said Hospitals and Alms Houses.]
