Money lent not to be taxed.
And it is hereby enacted That the Lenders [X2of] the said Third Part shall have and receive for the Forbearance of their respective Loans Interest after the Rate of Six Pounds per Centum per Annum to be paid every Three Months from the makeing such Loans till Satisfaction of the principall Su[m]mes respectively and that no Money so to be lent shall be rated or assessed by virtue of this Act]
