Provided alwaies and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all the Water-works in the Borough of Southwark shall be rated and assessed by the Comissioners X2or Assessors of the County of Surrey and not by the Commissioners or Assessors of the Citty of London Any thing herein conteined to the contrary notwithstanding
