And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the said Commissioners herein before appointed or any Three or more of them shall alsoe examine and take an Account upon Oath of all Shipps and Goods taken and condemned as Prize during the late Warr and how the same or the Proceed thereof hath or have been disposed of and shall at the Determination of this Act lay an Account thereof before the Kings Majesty and both Houses of Parliament
