XVIII.Treasury may pay out of Money appropriated to the Use of the Navy, £20,000 towards discharging the Debt for sick and wounded Seamen.
Provided alwaies and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That it shall and may be lawfull for the Lord Treasurer or the Commissioners of His Majesties Treasury for the time being or any Three or more of them and they are hereby directed to pay or cause to be paid out of the Money appropriated to the Use of the Navy for this present Yeare One thousand seaven hundred the Summe of Twenty thousand Pounds towards the dischargeing Part of the Debt due for sick and wounded Seamen Any thing in this or any other Act to the contrary notwithstanding.
