Provided alsoe and it is hereby enacted That in case any of the said Goods which shall have been entred and for which Security shall have beene given as aforesaid shall within the time hereby limitted be fairly sold by way of Auction as aforesaid That then the Importer paying downe in Ready Money His Majesties said Duties of Fifteene Pounds per Centum for such Goods within Twenty Daies after such Sale shall have an Allowance for such prompt Payment after the Rate of Five Pounds for every Hundred Pounds of the Duties soe paid
