Provided alwaies and be it enacted That no Person shall be capable of acting as a Commissioner in the Execution of this Act or executing any the Powers therein contained (unless it be the Power hereby given of administring Oaths) untill such time as he shall have taken the Oaths appointed by an Act of Parliament made in the First Yeare of the Reign of King William and Queen Mary intituled An Act for the abrogating the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance and appointing other Oaths Which Oaths it shall and may be lawfull for any Two or more Commissioners to administer and they are hereby required to administer the same to any other Commissioners
