Provided alwaies and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That out of the Sum of Six hundred thousand Pounds by this Act appropriated for paying off and disbanding of Regiments Troops and Companies by the said other Act of this Session disbanded or enacted to be disbanded as aforesaid and for other Purposes before mentioned so much as shall be sufficient for disbanding the Four Regiments of Colonel William Seymour Colonel Edward Dutton Colt Colonel Henry Mordant and Colonel Thomas Brudenel may lawfully be issued paid and applyed for the disbanding of the said Four Regiments at any time before the Twentieth Day of May One thousand six hundred ninety nine And that the issueing paying or applying the same or any part thereof to and for such Use and Purpose to the Officers and Soldiers of the said Regiments or any of them or the keeping of them or any of them together untill the said Twentieth Day of May One thousand six hundred ninety nine shall not be interpreted any Offence against any the Clauses Matters or Things contained in the said Act intituled An Act for granting an Ayd to His Majesty for disbanding the Army and other necessary Occasions or subject any Person or Persons to any the Penalties or Forfeitures therein contained Any thing in this or the said other Act to the contrary notwithstanding
