And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That in all Cases where any Assessor or Assessors who by this Act are required to make a Double Assessment upon Papists or reputed Papists or other Persons for not takeing of the Oaths aforesaid shall neglect to do his or their Duty therein the respective Commissioners of the County Riding Hundred Division or Place where such Double Assessment ought to have been made or any Two or more of them shall take care and are hereby authorized and required to cause such Papist or other Person to be doubly charged according to the true intent of this Act
