And be it further enacted That any Two or more of the Commissioners appointed by this Act upon Information given or upon any Cause or Suspicion in that behalfe shall and are hereby required and impowered to cause every Person suspected or against whom such Information shall be given to be summoned to appeare and take the said Oaths as aforesaid
