X1 And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the Commissioners of the Customes for the time being shall and they are hereby required to give a full and true Accompt in Writing to both Houses of Parliament at the begining of the next Session thereof of all Corn and Graine of what Nature or Kind soever that shall before that time be exported to any Place whatsoever by virtue or in pursuance of any the Liberties or Powers hereby given or granted for that purpose.
