Provided [X1also] and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That no Person or Persons whatsoever shall hereafter erect build or continue any Wharf or Wharfs Ware-House or Ware-Houses upon or adjoyning to the said River of Trent between Nottingham Bridges and the Parish of Burton aforesaid other than such as of ancient Use and Custom have been erected built made and continued upon or adjoyning to the said River unless by the Consent and Appointment of the major part of the Commissioners and of the Undertaker his Heires and Assignes.
