And be it. further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That if any Vineger Maker shall at any time after the said Tenth Day of May One thousand six hundred ninety and nine without first giveing Notice thereof at the next Office of Excise make use of any Storehouse Warehouse Celler or other Place for [X1the] makeing laying or keeping any Vineger Vineger Beere or Liquors preparing for Vineger every such Vineger Maker shall forfeite and loose for every such private Storehouse Warehouse Celler and other Place so made use of without such Notice as aforesaid the Sum of Fifty Pounds
