Provyded alwayes that this acte shall not be prejudiciall to the Archebisshop of Yorke or to any Bisshoppe Prelate of this Realme; but that they may lawfully (not withstondyng X1this acte) dispence in all cases in which they were wonte to dispence by the commen lawe or custome of this Realme afore the makyng of this acte.
