Whereas at the Parliament begun at Westminster the third day of November in the sixteenth yeare of the Reign of our late Soveraign Lord King Charles of blessed memory since deceased an Act of Parliament was made Entituled An Act for disinabling all persons in Holy Orders to exercise any Temporall Jurisdic[i]on or Authority Which Act hath made severall alterations prejudiciall to the constituc[i]on and ancient Rights of Parliament and contrary to the Laws of this Land and is by experience found otherwise inconvenient Be it Enacted by the Kings most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in this present Parliament assembled and by the Authority of the same That the said Act Entituled An Act for disinabling all persons in Holy Orders to exercise any Temporall Jurisdic[i]on or Authority and every clause matter and thing therein conteyned shall be and is hereby from hence forth repealed annulled and made void to all intents and purposes whatsoever.
