And be it further enacted That one moyety of all and every the penalties and su[m]ms of money herein before appointed to be forfeited shall be forfeited unto the Kings Majesty and the other moyetie unto such person or persons as shall or will sue for the same and shall and may be sued for in any Court of Record and recovered by Action of Debt Bill Plaint or Information wherein no Essoyn Protection or Wager of Law shall be allowed nor any more then one Imparlance
