Penalty £500.
Provided alwayes and bee it enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid That if any person being a Receiver of money due upon any former Act of this present Parlyament not haveing accompted for all the moneyes by him received and to be accompted for upon such Act or Acts before Michaelmas One thousand six hundred sixty six shall be appointed Receiver for any the moneyes due by this Act and shall intermedle therein, every such person shall forfeite the summe of Five hundred pounds to be recovered by any person or persons that will sue for the same in any of His Majestyes Courts of Record by Action of Debt, Bill, Plaint or other Information wherein noe Essoyne Protection Wager of Law Aid Prayer Priviledge Injunction or Order of Restraint shall be in any wise prayed granted or allowed nor any more then one Imparlance.
