XXVIII.Proviso against Double Charge in respect of Titles.
Provided alwayes and bee it enacted That noe person shall by vertue of this Act be doubly charged for or in respect of severall [X1Honours Titles] or Degrees but that every such person shall be charged and assessed for such Title Honour or Degree onely as is highest rated by this Act.
