and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spirituall and Temporall and Commons in this present
Parlyament assembled and by Authoritie of the same That in all Actions Personall <CommentaryRef Ref="c000001"/> Reall or mixt the death of
either partie betweene the Verdict and the Judgement shall not hereafter be alleadged for Error soe as such
Judgement be entred within Two Termes after such Verdict.</Text></P></P1group><P1group><Title>Proviso for Administrator de Bonis non suing Scire Facias.</Title><P1 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/aep/Cha2/17/8/section/II/enacted" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/aep/Cha2/17/8/section/II" id="section-II"><Pnumber PuncAfter=".">II</Pnumber><P1para><Text>And bee it further enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid where any Judgement after a Verdict shall be had by or
in the Name of any Executor or Administrator In such case an Administrator de bonis non may sue forth a Scire
