For the avoiding of unnecessary Suites and Delayes Bee it enacted by the Kings most Excellent Majestie by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spirituall and Temporall and Commons in this present Parlyament assembled and by Authoritie of the same That in all Actions Personall X1 Reall or mixt the death of either partie betweene the Verdict and the Judgement shall not hereafter be alleadged for Error soe as such Judgement be entred within Two Termes after such Verdict.

And bee it further enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid where any Judgement after a Verdict shall be had by or in the Name of any Executor or Administrator In such case an Administrator de bonis non may sue forth a Scire facias and take Execution upon such Judgement.
This Act to continue for the space of Five yeares and from thence to the end of the next Session of Parlyament.
