1. Introductory Text

2. Recital that 35 Eliz. c. 1. had not been executed.

3. II. Second Offence, Imprisonment, unless Penalty not exceeding £10 paid.

4. III. Third Offence, Imprisonment till next Quarter Sessions or Assizes;

5. IV. Where Default of Payment of Charges or Security not given, transported Offenders to serve to Merchants as Labourers for Five Years.
