Provided alwayes and bee it enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid That the Inhabitants of the Parish of St Martins called Stamford Baron in the Suburbs of the Burrough and Towne of Stamford in the South part of the Waters there called Wellands which hereafter shall be contributary to the payment of these present Subsidyes granted to the Kings Majestie His Heires and Successors shall be assessed rated and taxed for the same by such Co[m]missers which shall be appointed for the taxing rateing and assessing of the same Subsidyes within the County of Lincolne, and shall be for the same contributary and pay the said Subsidyes to the Collector or Collectors which shall be assigned and appointed for the leavying and gathering of the same with the Aldermen and Burgesses of the same Burrough and Towne of Stamford,
