VII.Governor, &c. to execute Estates under the Common Seal.
And be it further enacted That the said Governor Bayliffs and Cominalty shall execute Estates according to the aforesaid Trust under their Comon Seale the Taxes and Penaltyes then in arreare being first paid [X1which for non payment are by vertue of this Act to bee levied by Sale of the Lands]
