Entry indorsed by Register good Evidence on Trial.
And be it further enacted That all Conveyances by Indenture of the said nynety five thousand. Acres or any Part thereof entred with the said Register in a Booke to be kept for that Purpose shall be of equall Force to convey the Freehold and Inherrittance of the said nynety five thousand Acres or any Part thereof as if the same Conveyances by Indenture were for valueable Considerations of Money enrolled within six Monthes in one of the Kings Courts of Record at Westminster And no Lease Grant or Conveyance of, or Charge out of, or upon the said nynety five thousand Acres or any Part thereof except Leases for seaven Yeares or under in Possession shall be of Force but from the tyme it shall be entred with the said Register as aforesaid the entry whereof being endorsed by the said Register upon such Lease Grant Conveyance or Charge shall bee as good and effectuall in the Law [X1as if the originall Booke of Entryes were produced at any Tryall at Law] or otherwise,
