V.No other Commissioners of Sewers to intermeddle in the said Level.
And be it further enacted That no other Comissioners of Sewers shall intermedle within the said Great Levell or with any the Works made or to bee made for Support Maintenance or Preservation of the said Great Levell [X1within or without the said Great Levell] as aforesaid otherwise then hereafter in this Act shall be provided.
