V.Proviso for Contracts for Licenses already made by the King.
And also provided that nothing in this Act conteined shall make void any Contracts Leases or Agreements that have beene made by His Majestyes Agents for granting Licences for selling and uttering Wynes by retaile in pursuance of the said Act but the same Contracts Leases and Agreements shall remaine in such force as they were before the making of this Act, and that the Rents thereupon reserved, and all Arrearcs thereof shall be paid unto the said Duke and to the Heires Males of his Body begotten or to be begotten
